Robert S. Dean, once a Captain in the US Army, is now an accomplished mountain climber. Only about 200 people make it to the top of Granite Peak each year and this year one was an ex-Company Commander from the war in Vietnam. Here, on top of 12,800 feet of granite, he holds a make shift flag commemorating a time and place of long ago.
