Live fire. Ranges 8-10 were used to test fire the 50s. That is DELTA 34 firing with Ben Simmons on board. Big time "Rock and Roll".
Head space and timing and all that stuff. I remember.
Troops were also able to practice fire AT4s, LAWs, and DRAGONs at these ranges.
The "Chicken Coop" billets were about 1000 meters down (up?) the road from this range complex.
