One of the long range 175 mm guns assigned to 2nd 94th 108th Gp at Camp Carroll. These weapons were deployed to A-4 and C-2 on special occasions. They were able to fire their 174 lb. projo into North Vietnam with their range of almost 33 kilometers.
Note also the relief tube in the foreground. I guess when these babies went bang one needed a quick relief.
